I'd really like to revoke Arnett's American citizenship.
Now that he has it, I doubt that's possible. But I'd sure like to do it.

Revoke? How about trying Arnett for TREASON!!!! He's been aiding and abetting the enemy

If we did revoke his citizenship, he would no doubt be welcomed back to New Zealand with open arms. I expect him next to accuse Americans of targeting civilians. For him it would be "job security".

The only way his U.S. citizenship can be revoked is if it is found he lied in his applications for U.S. citizen. Otherwise, he's home free.

Therefore, I would encourage his applications be carefully inspected again for any misrepresentation (lies).

Therefore, I would encourage his applications be carefully inspected again for any misrepresentation (lies). This reminds me of something...
I once had a friend who was a sergeant on the Salinas, CA, police department. I went riding along with him a couple times. One time I asked him about the stops he made (sergeants aren't really supposed to make stops themselves, they are supposed to supervise the other patrol units).
He told me that he could find a reason to stop any car any time he wanted to.
In other words, I think you are right.
No matter how "clean" it is, there is something wrong with Arnett's paperwork. It's there, and I think we should go looking for it.

Any lawyer type Freepers please comment on the definition of treason and sedition. Did Arnett cross this legal line since this is not a declared war? I sure as hell hope he did.
