No she wasn't. Reports of her having been shot and stabbed turned out to be false.
I believe she has pink plaster on her fractures and wanted specs and a hometown newspaper, though.

Brian, in the last 24 hours they have confirmed that she was shot. I know this has gone back and forth, but the doctors confirmed it to the dad and he told the press. As late as thirty minutes ago FoxNews announced it again in coverage of her ordeal.

Brian, if she was not shot, then why is her father now saying she was? I read this in a news account earlier today (admittedly it too could be erroneous). I would think that by now the doctors would have given PFC Lynch a thorough medical inspection and then some.
