** I'm not gonna ever gonna bitch about military spending - never ! **
Here's my way of saying this:
Our troops are often outnumbered,
they are, at times, outsmarted,
but we should NEVER, EVER let them be outgunned!
Obviously, they are NOT outgunned. Our military spending has been worth every damn penny!

Those SOB's, and others like them, need to not be allowed to forget about their dissemination of misinformation.

Watch Fox when you can because they have footage of all the buring tanks that our A-10's took out as they were going in the Bagdad. The fires were all only a few minutes old. They're not just driving in they are blasting their way in ! I love those shots of the Bradley's and the tanks rolling in, black smoke filling the sky behind them. Nothing but utter devestation in their wake. Yeah, did you see the footage of the Bradleys shooting up the truck on the opposite carriageway? Awesome!

According to MSNBC's Bob Arnot, the entire Iraqi battle plan was found in the RG headquarters. Files found with pictures of all the Republican Guards. Arnot said they had seen men on the streets of Baghdad, dressed as civilians, that he recognized from these photos as being RG members. According to his report, the RG knows they have been decimated and have gone underground.

They're elite at slapping old women around and bullying the 13-17 age group.

You have a point. Now watch for the RATS to demand that Iraq become the 51st state. With all of those dead, they will control the elections!

And a good percentage of our troops are 19 and 20 year oldsWho cannot wait to come home so they can take more tiresome old BS from their draft dodging baby boomer betters.

"OK. Now, when are we going to see their "hair or hide"?
My guess is they'll be the guys waving at the troops and trying to be the most helpful to them as they take over the country.

WAIT A MINUTE!
This was supposed to be like the Battle for Stalingrad with the valiant "elite" Iraqi Republican Guard and the "to the death" Saddam Fedahyeen (sp) holding out until the brutal heat of the Iraqi summer caused the evil colaltion forces to evaporate.
I go to bed and this happens. Life is unfair.

It seems like this scene
right outside the bunker where Saddam and his cronies are hiding could become reality within a few days!

Defense spending buys freedom. Welfare spending buys slavery.
Nicely put.

"I have a bad feeling that hundreds of Iraqi soldiers have disappeared into the tunnels underneath Baghdad"
I think it is more likely they slinked off and are cowering in their homes while they update their resumes so they can find a good job in the new Iraq.
