"Democrats are sooooo ... not in power!"

You apparently haven't kept up with the Estrada nomination in the Senate. The Democrats, though a minority, seem to be in power with their control over the neutered Republican majority.

What can Frist do, besides holding cloture votes 3 times a day? I would be all for a 24/7 bladder buster filibuster, but apparently Senate rules are changed. I don't know exactly what the best way to ram the nomination through would be.
