According to CNN Iraqis trying and again I say trying to flee with suitcases full of money. I guess they finally discovered that they can't win the war so they steal Saddam's (excuse me) I mean the Iraqi civilian's money and attempt to run. Too bad, no money, no life. Um, shock and umph.
