everybody who REALLY wants to know how great oiur neighbors to the north are, should read: CROSS BORDER WARRIOR.
the book is about US folks in CDN uniform & CDNs in US uniform;the first cross border warriors came south in the French & Indian War!
BTW, the 10th LA was nearly all from Canada;the south had NO BETTER fighters for southern liberty!

My view is probably a minority of one, but I don't think one thing has changed in the Canadian-American friendship. What we hear is the creepy Peaceniks and politicians getting all the media attention in BOTH countries. Leftists making noise and more noise. As usual, patriots get dumped on or suppressed, but in both countries they've fought back with thousands of rallies across the land in support of freedom. Plus we have our own outlets in talk radio, the Internet and -- best of all -- Free Republic! May friendship between us last forever.

Thank you. I will say this, too. The Canadians I have encoutered are fine, fine people. Worthy allies. I believe their government has been hijacked much the same ours was with Clinton. They have no voice. We support their efforts to find that voice and triumph over the traitorous "Cretin" administration.
I've been a guest of Free Dominion and I know the Canadian passion for freedom and the spirit that drives them.
While my suggestion seems harsh, it is meant for the best.

Thanks to our Canadian friends who did not forget their American brothers in time of need.
I will always remember the way stranded Americans were treated by Canadians after 9/11, when all the air traffic was brought to a standstill.
Many Canadians from the Maritime provinces opened their homes and towns to host weary passengers, and many Western Canadians took time off from their jobs to drive elderly stranded Americans back to the US, since the elderly lacked the stamina for the long drive.

#62....... Hi old friend, where have you been, I hardly see you anymore.
I am not so sure we won't have a serious falling out over this, it wasn't so much that Canada wouldn't join the coalition, lets face it, we don't have a military anymore, but the anti American slurs were unbelievable, and mostly from Liberal politicians.
We are flying the US flag, and have pro US stickers on our car, we are seeing more and more of that.
The up-side to this is, I think the population here are finally waking up to what this government represents.

I'm almost always around, though mostly lurking. So if you need me, ping me. But I work full time so can't post much or make comments, except weekends or evenings. Big change: I'm in California, not in Little Canada (Wisconsin).
Hey, we have plenty of American politicians slurring America, not to mention media whores and Hollywood slime and academic trolls. Everyone expects your weird Canadian specimens to drool at the mouth, nothing new there. You don't have Hollywood but you do have Quebec, so we're even. The decent -- dare I say normal? -- people in both countries are the same as always, and friends.

Just a note, it was me who started the chant 'Chretien Sucks' both times at Nathan Phillips. You have no idea how long I've needed to let loose, and chant those 2 wonderful words in public. Even more gratifying was the group of 2000 people who followed my lead, it was a real buzz, I loved it!!
Great job to all the organisers, I had a ball lambasting the Liberals and the chants of U-S-A! U-S-A! to drown those 50 peacenik retard's yelling were outstanding.
I really felt good afterwards, as my friend and I got to unleash some of our anger!
God bless America and Canada - we should do this again when the weather isn't to inclement, we could've got some huge numbers if it wasn't for the ice storm.

BY the way I'm in Canada ;)

How did Bob Mills react to the chant?

I've taken my Canadian flag down and am just flying the American flag to protest the government's wilfull disregard of our two greatest allies USA and UK.

I'm 1/2 Canadian have a whole raft of relatives in the Great White North, and they are fed up with Chretien for his stance in this. We know you are on our side and appreciate it!
