When a religious act exceeds the law, then we have our laws to protect us. There is no need to ban any specific religion in this country. Only specific behavior needs to be banned.

Certain viewpoints are currently bad for your career. As an experiment, try telling people at work that you've just been elected Grand Dragon of your local Klan chapter and see how fast Human Resources develops a deep interest in you culminating in your being escorted off the grounds. A similar thing will happen if you let it be known that you're in "Christian Identity" movement (but since it's technically a religion, they would have to be more careful)

What's needed is for "Fundamentalist Islam" to be at least as unacceptable in American public and private life. It will be a PR struggle more than a political struggle

If the number of Muslims in this world were as small as the number of people in "Heaven's Gate" or at Waco, they would be treated with far less deference than they are now.

Islam is not a religion, its a cult. Cult may be Constitutionally suppressed.
