Ok folks, if you were planning on buying seriously overpriced Bose systems, consider CAMBRIDGE SOUNDWORKS. They are like 1/2 the price and just as good or better than Bose.

While this may sound like an advocacy post, it's not. Cambridge and Bose have been going at it for years. Time we tipped the scales.

So all this Bose bashing, phone calling and nasty emails to Bose is all based on a rumor heard on a radio show?

Too bad no one has one ounce of evidence before they go off half cocked.

just called them, sounded like they have gotten plenty of calls, and are issueing a statement
that it is not their policy, and they are very upset about it
I told them the manager who did this should be fired.

My my my can't fly the American flag in America. I guess this is what is meant by the saying, "Our Diversity Is Our Strength."

By the way is there any limit to the insults Americans will take in their own country from these aliens? Is tolerance really worth it or is it something else?

Why buy Bose? I recently bought a pair of DEFINITIVE TECHNOLOGY tower speakers, made in Maryland USA. They are simply awsome.
