I work for a large aerospace company. My colleagues are highly-educated engineers and scientists. Virtually all have Masters or PhDs.

Do you suppose 12% of them are black? (Or whatever the percentage of the general population is black?)

Or 14% (17%?) "Latino"?

Right.

All someone need do is drop a dime to the EEOC and point this out. They'll be shanghai-ing the right color jelly-beans off the street, putting them in white shirts and ties with the title "Engineer" and let them sit there and do nothing for $60K a year with benefits.
