I am not sure what your comment about rebuke is . . .

Sorry. I thought he sent his reply to both of us, but you're right . . . he didn't. Here's the first part of his reply to me . . .

"Don't take it as a rebuke, please. All I meant was that after 1990 we could do much, much more. You much appreciate our military and political support, but in fact we offered only 200 soldiers! Why? Because that's all we could afford!"

I think we're just having a little language problem. I said nothing that "deserved" a rebuke and nothing Matthew said "was" a rebuke to me.

By the way, I want to commend you for caring. You're right. We must show our appreciation to our friends.

No problem....BTW The 200 soldiers they sent were all special forces.... SO we are very appreciative. Every coalition country needs to take part in the victory here. But we need to pay special attention to those that had to fight our former friends to help. THAT is to be commended as great leadership.
