Kerry says US needs its own 'regime change'
The Boston Globe ^ | 4/3/2003 | Glen Johnson

Posted on 04/03/2003 6:40:13 AM PST by OriginalV

By echoing the ''regime change'' line popular with hundreds of thousands of antiwar protesters who have demonstrated across the nation in recent weeks, the Massachusetts senator and Democratic presidential contender seemed to be reaching out to a newly invigorated constituency as rival Howard Dean, the former governor of Vermont and a vocal opponent of the war in Iraq, closes in on Kerry in opinion polls.

That's the one (From Massachusettes). He made a "contrite" interview before announcing his ambition toward OUR White House.

He was whining about how dark it was and how he "didn't know" that Vietnamese are not usually 3 foot tall toddlers clutching at their mothers. And that he and his unit came under "heavy fire".

What I suspect really happened is that they may have come under some fire from cong but instead of keeping his head and focusing on the sniper, he panicked and emptied a clip into civilians while screeching in terror himself. What a HERO!

As an aide, it NEVER ceases to amaze me how these absolute losers have the gall to actually convince themselves they are fit to lead us. Unfrigginbelievable!)

He is a Viet Nam vet who has been accused of killing an unarmed village of women and children... but he is a demoncrat, so the media wont ask him about that.

Wrong Kerry. The Kerry we are discussing threw his war medals over the WH fence when he got home and accused his fellow Vietnam soldiers still serving of racism and brutality.

"My idea of a regime change means removing 90% of the Demorats from the House and the Senate"

Precisely! As soon as I heard this on Rush, I thought, "that's another one down for 2004." This gorilla faced buffoon has a real knack for shooting of his mouth inappropriately doesn't he?

BUT, a vet is also responsible for his actions and behavior once they return to the civilian sector.

IIRC, Hitler was a corporal in the Bavarian army in WWI, was wounded, and won an Iron Cross 1st & 2nd class for bravery under fire.

That doesn't justify what he did once HE "returned to the civilian sector."

Don't be too sure. Their machine has spent TRILLIONS of OUR money over the years dumbifying large numbers of Americans and creating dependencies by doling out OUR hard earned money to them so that they would mindlessly re-elect the parasites and keep the racket going.

Kerry said he would usher in a new US foreign policy if he stood before the United Nations as president.

That's his problem. He wants to be president so he can Kofi Annan's ass. The U.S. doesn't need the U.N. The U.N. needs the U.S. Learn it, live it, love it.

As for "regime change", let's roll! I'd love to see a few MOAB's lobbed at DNC headquarters!!

They're both Vietnam vets. Bob Kerrey was governor of and 'Rat senator from Nebraska and is now president of the New School University in New York (and hopefully he'll stay there!). He was accused of wasting civilians while a Navy SEAL in 'Nam. Google him.

I see the reporter has caught on to the fact that Kerry is just echoing the peaceniks signs with his despicable speech. I rather think he got the memo they got.
