Kerry said he would heal relations with other countries by approaching the United Nations with an aggressive plan to make the United States a leader on international, environmental and health issues without ceding its right to defend itself. Well, there is a non starter. Especially since the public saw the UN for what it was.

Kerry is as clueless as most Dims, and has no grasp of reality...a vain and shallow ninny, a hollow man.

...Or The Book of the Dead. Can you imagine what that playbook must look like?! Knarled, dog-eared, tear stained, complete chapters missing, notes scribbled along the edges, expletive-deletives, more tears, midnight oil stains, and now ketchup, maple syrup, N.C. bbq sauce, and possible Matza broth. I also believe there's a LOT of hillary DNA in the mix.
To: Alissa
Presidential wannabe Kerry (read Kohn) believes, like most internationalists, that the rest of the world should select our president. I don't think that such a tact will have wide appeal to the American public.

What he is saying is that he will go back to the a___ kissing stance that X42 (still can't type that name) took in foreign affairs and make nice with everybody. Well, we have seen where that kind of policy got us, up to our butts in sand in Iraq. We don't have to cater to Europe, Asia or anyone else, we are the big kid on the block they have to cater to us. This sounds arrogant I know, but look at how all these other countries have behaved when they were on top. France wasn't very kind to conquered lands under Napolean, I won't even go into what Germany did under Hitler, Russia had its Stalinist era (Saddam's hero). We are probably the most considerate super-power in history and we still get flak from all sides. Time to flex some muscles and get some respect. An old adage about the arab mid-east, they are either at your feet or at your throat, you choose.

Yeah, and I guess he's going to try to position himself as that New Man. Give me a break! We've seen John Kerry operate for the last few years. No way I'd want that liberal handwinger as President!

when I first read this article I thought Kerry meant the AMERICANS won't trust Bush. Now I realize he meant the French! It's amazing a guy can say this with the hopes that it will help him get elected! It probably DOES help him win the primary!

I don't think they're going to trust this president (George W. Bush) no matter what," Kerry said. Perhaps, the UN might not trust President Bush to push their agenda. However, about 80 percent of the American people already trust the nation's Commander-In-Chief in his efforts regarding national security.
He (Kerry) also said he looks forward to appointing an attorney general who reads and abides by the constitution of the United States.
That statement of policy would elimate all current and former Democrats in Congress for future consideration for the position of United States Attorney General.
To: Alissa
Why would we rebuild credibility for the USA after the clinton years, through Bush, and give the reigns back to a democrat? God forbid it to happen again.

"it will take a new president to rebuild the country's damaged relationships with the rest of the world"The only relaitonships with the rest of the world that have been damaged are with the tyrants of the terrorist nations and those of the socialist nations that pander to, and tolerate their schemes. There's absolutely no reason for the US to elect a president like Kerry, that would be trusted by the world's tyrants to leave them free to operate as they have.
