Does anyone have any ideas where we can send PFC Lynch some Get Well cards and such?
Seeing her pictures really hit me, and I want to send her a card to let her know that she has people out here praying for her.

Is there any interest in creating a thread to track family contact information for all the MIA/KIA, and possibly forming a collective effort to express our thanks and sorrows to the families of all those that encompasses? What a great idea. I'm in.

Thank you Granite - you were much faster than the byrd's office people. Thankful for the heroes who rescued her, they are Jessica's heroes and ours.

Well, I'm not a hero. I don't qualify under any of those definitions.

How sad that so many want to diminish her service to her country.
She volunteered.
Do I think women should serve in the armed forces, NO.
That does not take away from her military service.

AMEN OldFriend.
While I'm not opposed to women serving, albeit not in front line combat roles, They are serving, and they deserve to be honored when they put their behinds on the line for US!
Jessica was in a maintence unit, not combat.
This young Lady has gone through something many in this country can only distantly imagine.

It was published by the paper after she was listed MIA. My guess is that it is a new address for this incident.

The gals get the same combat training as the guys. My son was a Captain in a maintenance unit. Everybody gets the same deal.
