Resident alleges Brown Act violation — law could be on co-op board’s side

Resident Seth Yatovits hoped to express his concerns about a proposed building site to the Silicon Valley Community Communications board at its special meeting on March 13, but members of the Cable Co-op toldspeak on the subject. Yatovitz claimed that the board violated the Brown Act by denying him an opportunity to address the location issue at the special meeting.
