Scary thought. The Rus bled the Wermacht/SS Divisions white with an in depth defense at Kursk back in 1943. I doubt there is serious connection, if at all, but frightening none the less.

Why else bet on a presumed losing horse (like Russia is with Iraq)-- than that you have insider information that the horse will, in fact, win?
