try pasting rtsp://193.159.246.23:554/farm/*/encoder/ntv/livecam_300_new.rm into the address bar of realplayer, also make sure cookies enabled in RP preferences ( I still use RP8, not RealOne), some streams (mainly with http refs) won't start if disabled.
The Baghdad AA gunners are occasionally putting up a "flak wall" of concentrated fire to the right top of the screen, the delay till you can hear the air bursts seems to indicate it's about 8-10 or so miles away possibly. Be seeing you.
