It was a strange report - I had no idea where it came from and I don't think the Fox hosts knew either. As was said previously, they moved on without comment.

It's possible that the report is true. The Iraqi army may have murdered the other POW's, kept her for fun, but then gotten nervous about their long-term prospects when it became obvious they were going to lose the war. So, they just got the hell out of there, and left her behind.

It may be complete b.s., too. I'm just saying that we can't conclude one way or the other yet.

I believe it's possible that it is some truth in this report. We have to note that she was not in the original video that showed the dead and POWs Leading to the possibility that she was separated out into other hands early on. While it may well be possible there were hospital personnel who tried to care for her, we also found other dead US military there and we were told the Iraqi military used this place as a base and unless we have been completely lied to by our officials, I sincerely doubt the story could be quite as benign as this reporter made it out to be. I will be very interested to see more on this story.
[I just saw a FOX report that reported this: - they fought their way into the hospital -found a normal hospital atmosphere where they took our soldier, and then had to fight their way out.]
