Well, Richard Perle is on record for saying the same utterly stupid things. He recently resigned from the Administration post he held because he DID stupid things, too.

Ken Adelman was author of cakewalk and as things look today and as wars go it has gone very well.We bombed the h.. out of them before we put boots on the ground in GW1 .The entire thing lasted about 45 days.
