happily welcome, my friend...the doc is logged on....and BTW, if my theory is correct..it also explains why the mad dash to Bagdad....suppose we knew that a few key RG units would revolt as soon as we got close....well, we got close in a hurry....after all, the best way to mitigate any casualties is to end it ASAP

Question - How many troops make up a division? Roughly 15,000 - 18,000 depending on the division. That is US forces.
Iraqi forces are probably on the order of 10,000 or so per division at full strength.

"Campbell Brown on MSNBC whining . . . " Dog bites man. It would be news if Campbell Brown wasn't whining.

I'm very heartened. My niece is in school in Boone and my nephew is in Wilmington.
So they're not here all the time to hear my rants; I must be rubbing off on them though, as they are paying attention even when they're not here!

Well don't hold us in suspense! Do you have a link?

Jesse Jackson is meeting with the Iraqi ambassador at the U.N.
Jesse is sure he'll be able to travel to Iraq at some time in the future.

GAG. I just flipped by CNN and they have a reporter in NY in front of a fancy brownstone and the caption said "Jesse Jackson meeting with Iraqi Ambassador."

The tide of events has overwhlemed the Media. They are now in a territory of confusion, in where there are too many fanstastic things -- key pillars of belief -- they espouse that a person would have to accept that run counter to blatant, unignorable, perfectly clear reality .People will abandon them for sanity. Look for bigger drops than ever before in newspaper readership and major net viewership.

Jesse is sure he'll be able to travel to Iraq at some time in the future. Jesse needs to realize that all the begging he is doing looks bad .. especially begging to the Iraqi ambassador at the U.N
