Considering they are a digusting bunch as a whole, would it surprise you? (Fox reporters excluded)
Absolutely nothing would surprise me.

Rush is on fire today, too:
"It took the Clinton administration 51 days to take the Branch Dividian compound."
"If what's happening in Iraq is "failure", than I'll take failure every day for the rest of my life."
Hooray!

Do yo think Myers and Rummy had a few beers and high-fives after the way they crushed the press? And a "Victory" hangover?
I would like to think so but having been around some really professional military leaders I know they really keep their elation to themselves. (or just share it with their wives in the privacy of their homes.)

They will wonder why only a pretty, blonde, soldier was rescued and not ones of color. I wouldn't put it past them. I said the same thing to my hubby when the news broke of Jessica's rescue. Before they announced who the POW was, I was wondering if it might be Shoshanna Johnson. Hope they'll be able to rescue her and all of them, but it certainly wasn't a racial thing, no matter how much the lib press and Charlie Rangel trie to spin it.

MSNBC's video accompanying Kerry Sander's report on the rescue and the two hospitals that she was kept at(they were given a tour of the facilities) showed a jail type of locking cage door on one of the hallways. Rather strange to have in just a simple 'hospital'.This is the second "hospital" they've found like this. They assume we won't hit hospitals, mosques (the fedayeen are using a Shiite holy mosque in Najah), day care centers, etc.

"Where do we get young men like this?"
So many good stories.
So many great pix of the heroes and the people they are liberating.
Yeh, Kleenex....[allergies, ya know].

I'm still a little nervous.. Listening to FoxNews right now, and the Republican Guard is getting creamed. Asman wonders how it can be that none of the arm-chair generals saw this rout coming. Bwahahahaha, can you say agenda?
There won't be much of the RG left. Letting your enemy surround your capital city is not a good strategy.

Rather strange to have in just a simple 'hospital'.The report I am speaking of had this "reporter" I had never seen before saying he was in the foyer of the hospital. Camera pans. In the purported foyer are a few gurneys, some with "patients" on them. A couple had women standing by with the traditional black garb. The "reporter" pointed out the "usual" mural of Saddam on the wall, then went on to describe how everything seemed normal to him. I wish someone else had seen this report. I know it was Fox and I believe it was David Asman in studio who received the "report" without comment at the end. They simply moved on to the next story.

I hope to goodness that they find our POWs safe and sound. I have been praying for them, especially Shoshanna. She was so scared in the photos I saw of her it just made me sick. It must be agonizing for her family.

I'm going to go ride my bicycle for a while. I refuse to sit around gaining weight. I'll be back as soon as I have heart palpatations. That shouldn't take long, as this is only the second time I've been able to ride since the December 24 blizzard.
