Now wait a minute! I've been reading reports that we are losing the war and that the Iraqi people don't want us to liberate them. Hmmm..must be some flawed reporting.

Slowly but surely statements from Iraqi expatriates are filtering into the international media confirming the brutality of Saddam (like this needs to be brough up constantly because some can't remember).

As this happens, it is giving the media a chance to declare victory when it is over. They must see it coming closer, or they wouldn't be planting these stories.

Is it just me, or is that phrase "at a time of our choosing" being bandied about alot more, ever since Bush said it during his post 9/11 speech? I like the line, it is arrogant and very "American".

I wouldn't say the tide is turning except in the courage of the Iraqi.

With the increasing doubt that Saddam lives, more and more people will rise up as they shed their fear of retribution and realize we are really going to get it done this time.
