Never believe Debka until the Highschool kids at Newsmax copy the story verbatim and add tidbits from their secret sources (Cable News).
Newsmax press room: A room at the Holiday Inn with access to cable news.

This also from DEBKA:
Saddam Eyes Endgame, Gathers in His Elite Forces
DEBKAfile Special Analysis for Day 12 of Iraq War March 31
March 31, 2003, 3:47 PM (GMT+02:00)
The Iraq war is resolving itself into a battle of wits whose lines are deliberately blurred by the bravado, ambiguous maneuvers and half-truths propagated by both sides. The protagonists are US General Tommy Franks and Saddam Hussein. The score on Day 12 of the war is even.
Elite forces??? The "score" is EVEN???
After reading this from Debka, I am inclined to never read another word from them, EVER.
FRegards

I get the impression that DEBKA thinks that if they just keep reporting him dead over and over again that the guy will just drop off. Eventually they will be right because at some point he will at least die of old age.

Please don't quote debka as anything resembling a reliable source. They are a steaming cauldrun of jihadist bs.

<.....That's ok. This guy deserves to die a thousand deaths.
Does he get a fresh batch of virgins each time or do they just re-cycle them?

Well, DEBKA was partly right about the helicopter offensive the other day, so I'm hopeful they're partly right again today, too. But I don't hope Ali is partly dead - I will hold out for the news that he is taking the big dirt nap/sand nap.

Any report from DEBKA, Reuters, AFP, any Russian Mafia/KGB news agency and most out of India need to be placed in a new section, Breaking Wind with the following warning.GAS!!! GAS!!! GAS!!!

Some gases are good like the natural gas which is heating our home and cooking our breakfast. Later we will use gas to drive our suvs and pickups.
Maybe your warning should be "Stinking Rotten Debka Gas!"

Thanks!
Well the only reason I will read them is to debunk them when they are posted under the pretense of being serious.
If we had a section called Breaking Wind where this crapola was posted or moved to by the moderators. Then we could read their bs and have a good laugh.
The little schoolboys who wrote this "The Iraq war is resolving itself into a battle of wits whose lines are deliberately blurred by the bravado, ambiguous maneuvers and half-truths propagated by both sides. The protagonists are US General Tommy Franks and Saddam Hussein. The score on Day 12 of the war is even." Need to be banned from their computer and have their stinking Pampers changed by their Mom.

Looks like "Chemical Ali" needs a new nickname:
How about "Ali Hassan bin Seen Lately?"
