Remember, at least 5 of those bodies had been seen in the controversial video from Sunday, so at least those are not a surprise. 9 dead is bad, but the fact that 1 survived and thus kept it from being 10 dead is good news.

If you recover 10 people, 1 alive and 9 dead, then you report that. To report only the 1 living one is spin. I assume, for the purpose of conversation, the 9 dead ones were dead two days ago.
