If you wasn't watching. The hospital were they found Jessica Lynch they found 9 other US bodies.

I hope the Rangers and Seals take their frustration out on every one in that friggin hospital.

I don't want to think what I am thinking... but 9 other bodies, the young pretty blonde is the only one who survived...

My first gut reaction is that she may not have wanted to survive the week. I hope it isn't as bad as that, but my instincts tell me it is that way.

The other mechanics all dead means execution. I seriously doubt that they all died in a fire fight.

The space alien keeps harping on "any journalist would've taken the Saddam interview." Newt kept repeating that, yes, they have the right to take the interview but that does not mean it was th correct thing to do. He framed it as a "moral" issue. Alan just couldn't grasp the concept

Anyone can report on a story and get an interview .. But a REAL journalist gets the truth and the real story

Frequent distant explosions on the CBS Baghdad cam....they seem to be getting closer to the camera and increasing in frequency.

How sad for those other families. I fear the delay was to inform them of the ultimate bad news. These would probably be the POWs who were heinously paraded on TV.

A CentCom press officer did say a couple hours ago that ops were still ongoing.

Somehow I think the whole CentCom thing got out of their control somehow. Maybe this horrid news was part of the reason for the delay.

Maybe it started out as great news about Jessica, the news about the others filtered in but they couldn't stop the media coverage because the announcement of upcoming statement had already been made.

Maybe that's why Brooks looked so grim
