Barry McCaffrey, who predicts 3,000 coalition deaths, and Wesley Clark, who's eyeing a 2004 presidential bid.

Sigh.. so hard to decide. But I think I choose Clark!

Clark, for the main reason that I can't stand those weaselly eyes. Nor that head and hair well-polished from years of sticking it up his, er.... Plus I can't forget what he did in Kosovo and the damage he caused to American war planning with that campaign - he created the notion that air power alone can win a war - when what he did in Kosovo, along with Clinton, was to in effect cave to what Milosevic was willing to do all along and then declare victory. Plus those two minor incidents of nearly triggering a war with Russia. Plus the fact that he appears on CNN without a disclaimer that he is seeking the Dem nomination for president.

Other than that, I think he's OK...

I voted for Clark. All the retired generals who actually seem to know what they're talking about are working for Fox News. I have a hunch that the Pentagon actually plays favorites when it comes to giving useful information to the news military analysts. I further suspect that their favorite news network is Fox News. It will be interesting to see which one actually is closest to being on target about what will happen and when it will be happening.

I just voted, and it showed 73% for Clark and 9% for the others. I assume that the 25% score for each was the default setting.

I have found that many of these online "polls" are completely bogus- either to send unwanted spam to anyone foolish enough to respond, or to build the traffic for a particular website (VOTE.com is famous for this).

Many of the retired generals as monday morning quarter backs also seem to have a grudge of some sort. Maybe they didnt get a star or such. I agree the Generals on Fox are the best from the rest however I still prefer a Rummy press conference over all the analysis.

The lower ranked guys on Fox are also terrific. I especially like Hunt, Nash, Christianson, and even Bevolaqua [sp?].
