I believe you are twisting my words to fit your arguement. I said I couldn't find documented proof of weapon sales under Putin. I never maintained there were. I proved it under Russia's prior administration. I did prove though that Putin's administration was involved in breaking sanctions with Iraq.

What violation didn't I prove that I accused Russia of? What am I dodging?

Oh dear, now you pissed me off and forced me to put my work asside. Look what is coming up in the database now: Iraq also took over several Russian-built crop-dusting helicopters from the U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization in May 2001.

hmmm, 2001? That is Putin no? Oh boy, I will grab that paperwork and post it!
