" Let's get rid of de Genova."
Absolutely not. We must make him and his statements the poster of the anti American movement. Let all Americans see who and what these people are. Keep him and his ideas in the spotlight.

GET PROFESSOR DE GENERATE OF COLUMBIA U. FIRED - BUMP!That should be a prime target today across the land for activist patriots, now that we have had success on humiliating Dixie Chicks, Michael Moore, and now Benedect Arnett. Not to mention the city council in New Jersey, one in California, and elsewhere for sedition.
These asses will get the message soon enough, not to fool with the American people.
If during a war state, they are anti-war, anti-American, they will learn to keep their mouths firmly shut.

I need an e-mail address for Columbia University so I can tell them where to put that wacky professor. Also, am disappointed that Arnett got canned. I wanted him whacked out by a Tomahawk. Now he will go to ground and we won't know where to find the bastard.

Let's see...Arnett went from CNN to MSNBC, and then to the National Geographics Channel. Who's he going to work for now? The Pennysaver?

Now lets get back to work on the Columbia professor who is a terrorist shill. It is my understanding that de Genova is untenured. When he is up for tenure, alumni donors ought to let it be known how they feel about his retention. This has nothing to do with academic freedom. If a scholar seeking tenure at an American institution of higher learning were to demand that the Dred Scott decision be enforced and the property rights of slave holders respected one would not hold out much hope for his achieving tenure. I think the same test can be applied to de Genova.

Not sure if I'm comfortable with the trend I'm seeing here. Whether one agrees with someone's views or not, it doesn't make sense to me to see people lose their jobs and careers because of something they
said about politics.
This is the sort of thing that's happened to conservatives for a long time in this country--conservatives persecuted for their views, etc. As a conservative, I don't feel comfortable cheering when liberals are economically punished for their beliefs.
I know there's a temptation to see this as "paying back" the Left, but at some point this brutal form of politics has to stop. People have to work for a living, after all. What goes around comes around, and all that.
