I was changing channels and happened to catch her doing that floor speech on Cspan. I listened for a couple of minutes since I hadn't known Moynihan had passed away. I then changed the channel quickly while remarking to my husband, "You know, Hillary's voice is like someone running their fingernails down a chalkboard." She feels the need to talk loudly, almost a yell, even though she has a mike on.

Heh-heh-heh........I'm very happy that Hillary sounds the way she does. That harsh tone of voice in any woman causes normal males to go into instinctive revulsion/disgust/defense mode.
