Fears concerning the viability of the GPS guidance system have surfaced in the media following a report Tuesday that coalition forces have positively identified six GPS jamming devices employed by Iraqi forces. Possibly just a fraction of the hundreds of small, Russian-made GPS jammers that Iraq is thought to have, this news is especially worrisome as the war moves into what may be its most dangerous phase

First the General saying there are not affected. Then the reporter saying "but if".
So this is really the reporter's opinions and have little to do with facts, especially since they have had the ineffective jammers since the start of the war. It is a bunch of garbage wrapped in a newspaper.
I think this reporter might be doing some wishful thinking.
Oops, that was the Washington Times. Maybe they're just confused. I know they aren't anti-US.
