Peter Arnett, who fought off charges of conveying Iraqi propaganda during the first Gulf War, has handed fresh ammunition to those who say he sympathizes with Saddam Hussein's regime.

"It is clear that within the United States there is growing challenge to President Bush about the conduct of the war and also opposition to the war. So our reports about civilian casualties here, about the resistance of the Iraqi forces . . . help those who oppose the war. . . .

If he was coerced tough luck. There is no excuse for what he has done. None at all no matter what. I will never forget how willing he looked on that tape. His career must end here.

Finally.

But we must still watch the sea.

Dragons inhabit the water
and long to come ashore.

Next shoe to drop =

Friend of HILLARY,

WALTER CRONKITE.

When asked on TV last night in New York City what he thought about our current real life 24/7 TV Coverage of our War in Iraq CRONKITE stated that it was too much TV coverage for us...

...turning the War into more of a TV Entertaiment. (Encouraging us to stop watching our U.S. Military's War Success on TV I'm sure)

...Must be "Bad" for us to clearly see what War is really like in his eyes...?

WALTER CRONKITE would rather be able to tell us...

.."And THAT's the war it is"... on TV...

...when it clearly isn't, STILL, like he did all during the Vietnam War.

PS: CRONKITE is starting to look very, very old on TV, much to HILLARY's chagrin, I'm sure.

Hillary Rodham Clinton would have NO CHANCE in politics if we saw what she really looked like.

Plastic surgery, movie-star makeovers, liposuction...

If a nip-and-tuck is good enough for Hillary
Will it be good enough for Uncle Walter too?

Frankly, I'd like to see Arnett reporting from the streets of Baghdad when the US forces arrive

Yeah, with a machine gun taped to his fingers, wearing a dark toupee and an Iraqi uniform and holding a placqard saying "Die American Dogs" in his hands.
