At the moment, I think the chicken embryo cannons are standing by, locked and loaded.

What exactly does this mean ? The only thing that comes to mind is a smallpox bioweapon.

Its late here on the east coast, and that was my lame attempt at a subtle bit of humor, based on using unconventional terminology to replace the words in a popular idiom. In this case, the chicken embryo's are "eggs", and the cannons they are loaded into are pointing straight at the "medias" faces.

Hello texxie. I was absent for a few days and I was wondering if you could tell me what happened with the Columbia(?)professor? I heard something and it was over-ridden by Arnette. Thank you, in advance.

I visited the Sac capital just a few days ago...I noticed they paid women to sit in elevators and push buttons.

How serious could these legislators be?

However, just because we're going to win doesn't mean Rumsfeld did everything

Oh, no doubt about that, the best laid plans and all. But I do think the media tends to exaggerate things, and in this case, it is rather extreme. It could very well be A) and Rummy has screwed up, and we would still win. But there seems to be such a disconnect between what the Pentagon says, and what the media says at the moment, I think, even if we win, someone will have egg on their faces. Even though that dichotomy may not actually be in play, public perception I think is going to be thus.

There is much and growing polarization within the Democrat Party. Racial polarization...black against white for control of the party...the hispanics will win over both. Ideoligical polarization...moderate Liberals against hard core Liberals...the Socialists will win over both. Liberals no longer have a party of their own...the Socialists took it over.

Well, what I mean is that it's possible Rummy may have made some major mistakes, and we're still going to win the war anyway.

Excerpts From: BATTLE FOR BASRA Last Updated: 07:40
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/880443/posts

Up to 1,000 troops were involved in the attack while heavy artillery pounded the surrounding area in a huge bombardment.

Around 30 Iraqis died in the assault and hundreds captured, military sources said.

A total of 14 British troops were reported injured.

...

"But what has become obvious in the last day or so, is that in Basra and other towns the local population are now beginning to trust us, they are talking to us and giving us valuable information."

All this is just fodder and idle talk. The press is bored.

This has been the most successful and historic military move in the history of man. Period.

As I said, you're right about the media. They've been incredibly stupid, and they'd better prepare themselves for a faceful of egg.
