Wouldn't this qualify, even if it is religion-based (as opposed to proclaimed doctrine)?
What do you think the chances are of a Muslim teacher being arrested for a "hate speech" violation? I'll say none. In the story they barely apologize, and some are almost defensive of the textbooks.
