I don't care what they admit. Actions speak louder than apologies.

You dropped the adjective "potential" before bias in the headline. The substance of the article is more about inaccuracies than bias. If one wants to bash inaccuracies, well Foxnews in the number one perp for jumping the gun with unverified stories, and not being clear that they are unverified, and tentative, and may be wrong.

Nobody, including the media, has the full picture of what's going on.

It's not about only having half a picture, it's about distorting the one you've got. Putz.

Reviewing the story, it is unclear if the bias they are admitting is bias against the allies or in favor of them. One of the reporters they have in theatre went after them for biased reporting against the allies. The guy speaking for the BBC, however, pointed to the BBC being biased because it reported favorable claims by the allies that didn't turn out to be correct. That is a ludricous contention by the BBC spokesman but apparently that is their story and their sticking to it.

It would be foolish for any of us to rely upon one source for our information.

It is very sad that the BEEB has decided to become the mouthpiece of the UN and Eurogarbage. Even in the shortwave World Service broadcasts, the bias is evident. I am saddened that they sound no different than Radio France International.

BBC is Jihad/Soviet broadcasting. Anyone who can stomach that sh*t for more than 30 seconds should seek counseling (or a job as Kremlin-watcher).

Doesn't sound like an admission to me. Sounds more like excuses.

I don't think their statement admits a damned thing. It's typical liberal hogwash and denial.

All they say is that nobody can see the full picture and that the situation is "complicated," a favorite liberal weasel word for explaining why they are telling lies.

What they don't in the least address is bias or political slanting of the news. The BBC is well known for being antisemitic, anti-American, and pro-Arab. It's as simple as that, and this statement never touches on any of these issues.

"Nobody, including the media, has the full picture of what's going on,"

I think they do. I think they're cooperating with the military for the sake of their national security.

With full knowledge of "what's goin on" they are using the small, publically available, "slice of the pie" to spin the story and promote their agenda.

Shame on them.

Potential bias is what the BBC is famous for. They would make excellent soldiers: they adopt a position and defend it with all the weapons at their disposal. They never waver in their search for the truth of their convictions. The other side is just "the enemy" though they do make a few token gestures in its honour, only in order to destroy more of the world order.

If I had to nominate one body that assisted the UN in adopting its biassed tinge, I would choose the BBC.
