So when will this jerk be terminated??He's untenured.
If he is in the first couple years of his appointment, then he may very well get released, i.e., contract not renewed.
If he's in his fourth/fifth year, then this may have been an effort to stir up a controversy with hopes of provoking grounds for an appeal (or law suit) if not granted tenure.

Tenure... Now there's an idea whose time has come and gone.
If we are ever to wrestle our higher education system away from the leftists and commies, tenure will need to be eliminated or at least greatly modified.
