First of all, our forces aren't going hungry. Second, consider the anti-American source! These bastards want to paint the war as failing and will use any lie to do so.

Last night they showed some guys on the front saying they were down to 1 MRE a day, as they are still waiting for their supplies to arrive. Gosh, I hope our guys get enough to eat so they can whoop some a**!!

Sounds like some good hearted Iraqi folks shared their food.
It's a good thing.
Let's not get carried away with this demonization business.

I don't think they meant hungry, as in starving, but hungry for real food. I know many soldiers can't stand MREs though I heard they have gotten better.

Fox talked to soldiers who are having to make do on two MREs a day.
Try not to talk out your ass constantly.

I do not believe that the War is going that badly either. In fact, I do not trust the "mainstream" Media very much at all. During the last week I have seen literally hundreds of images on the FR.com as well as other sites.
Clearly many Iraqis are seeing our Troops as liberators!
