My Message to Columbia Professor Nicholas De Genova regardin his death wish for our forces

The following is my email to Professor Nicholas De Genova of Columbia University who was quoted in the New York Post as wishing a "million Mogadishus" on American servicement in Iraq at an anti-war rally.

This was reported on FreeRepublic on this thread, Columbia Prof wishes death to GIs.

Here's my email to him:

Nicholas De Genova,

Your call for the US Military to suffer a "million Mogadishus" has crossed a serious line on civility and duty and commitment to our nation.

You are wishing for the death of 18,000,000 of your fellow countrymen and women, individuals who are fighting for your ability to make your crass statements about their well being.

Are you familiar with the term "useful idiot"? If you are not, I suggest that your read your history regarding the Bolshevik revolution in Russia. Note the ultimate outcome to the "useful idiots" employed by the Bolsheviks. If you get your way, and these tyrants are victorious, those very people you support with your comments would have no compunction about doing the same to you and your ilk, while the very people you deride are dedicated to your life and liberty. Perhaps you should think about that.

In addition, you are self defeating in your own comments. You clearly have no concept of history, even recent history. Something between 2,000 and 10,000 Somalis were killed in that Mogadishu battle. Your wish for 18,000,000 American dead would result in between 2,000,000,000 and 10,000,000,000 Iraqi dead ... in other words, a complete depopulation of that country. With such a statement, and such a wish, you reveal your true genocidical nature.

Individuals like you are what is wrong with the world today. You are so transparent and so ignorant of history that it would be laughable, if your policies were not so dangerous. All I can say to you are the words that Samuel Adams said to similar defeatists and traitorous thinkers to the original American cause:

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom...go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels nor arms. May your chains set lightly upon you and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."- Samuel Adams

This is a case in point regarding the leftist, anti-American protest effort, that I believe if fully exposed, could bring down their entire attempts at undermining Iraqi Freedom.

We need hundreds of email chains, where the good folks here on FR and elsewhere forward word of this to their entire adress books, asking them to contact Columbia and the press ... and also asking all of those recipients on their email lists to forward the message on asking their addressees to do the same.

If a large enough base gets it going ... it would sweep the country and get the attention of the press, particularly FOX and the talk show hosts, who then would press it even further, revealing the true nature of these people.

Big goals? You bet ... but we have it in our power to make it happen.

I am forwarding word of this to my entire email list, asking them to respond to Columbia and the press, and then asking them in turn to forward it on to their entire lists.

If enough people do that ... it will grow exponentially.

I thought that I had heard and seen the worst in terms of anti-American, pro-tyranny hate from the sidewalk defecators and the window-smashing anarchists in cities like San Francisco and Portland, Oregon. I thought that they had reached a new low when I saw a photo of a pair of demonstrators holding a large banner that read, “We support our troops when they shoot their officers.”

But you, sir, achieved a new low when I heard your call for the men and women of the US Military to suffer a "million Mogadishus." I read that you had described our armed forces men and women as not having a decent regard for life. I found several published accounts quoting other statements that you made, such as, “The only true heroes are those who find ways that help defeat the U.S. military," and "If we really believe that this war is criminal ... then we have to believe in the victory of the Iraqi people and the defeat of the U.S. war machine." You also made the assertion that Americans who called themselves "patriots" were white supremacists.

These statements of yours – which I understand were received with approval and applause – have placed you beyond the pale of civilized society. I could write page after page in refutation of what you have said, but I also understand that post-modern, Marxist multi-culturalist intellectual frauds like yourself aren’t in the least bit interested in the truth. I honestly believe that this incident, when coupled with the others you describe in the beginning of your letter, are enough, if widely publicized, to end this fifth column effort aimed at the current campaign by our enemies, their collaborators and their useful idiots.

... and if not ... then their relentless attack on our liberty during a time opf war is drawing very nigh of their own volition to a brick wall the likes of which they cannot begin to fathom.

BTW, got the CD and played both the Rally and the Tribute. Job VERY well done. My entire family will watch it on MOnday at our weekly family meeting ... and I believe I have a son who is about to change his plans for his upcoming eagle project to do something similar.
