I think it was all in the plan from day one. Talk up Chacanaw and then hit them with surgical strikes. Let them sit in Baghdad and make jokes about how little we got.

Like you said, a set up from the start. How better to get your enemy to make mistakes than have them feel OVER CONFIDENT? And these people have nothing but that. It wouldn't take much for the US/Brits to sucker them into thinking they "can't even take enough food and water with them....what stupid infidels."

Exactly! We had a big bunch of bad boys punch in from Kuwait. If they had thrown anything big at us down south we would have dug in, called in air support and made a big stinking mess in the desert. But with our intel they probably knew they didn't have squat anyway. We've flushed out their first defenders and found that the moving column can put them down with relative ease. No need to make a big show yet. Let them come to us.

While ground forces are building, south and north, the air forces keep whacking the head. Almost no damages to civilians or the city. Look at the traffic on Bag-cam, people just keep going to work. But don't get too comfortable in a gov. facility. We're bombing individual rooms for crying out loud!
