It is very difficult to get justice from the corrupt judiciary and lawyer industry for the massive legal malpractice inflicted on the citizens of America, every minute of every day. But this case is in the news, and it looks promising, especially against such an astonishing monster like Cochran.

How delicious. Can you imagine the jury selection? If you can play on a juries resentment of doctors, how much more so can you play on their resentment of lawyers? I know a lot more folks mad at lawyers...everyone who's been through a divorce, for instance, knows what it feels like when a lawyer won't return calls after collecting his hefty retainer...

BTW, you don't lose you licenses for missing a statute of limitations (the biggest f-up there is, btw)....that is why you carry malpractice insurance....
