It is very difficult to get justice from the corrupt judiciary and lawyer industry for the massive legal malpractice inflicted on the citizens of America, every minute of every day. But this case is in the news, and it looks promising, especially against such an astonishing monster like Cochran.

How delicious. Can you imagine the jury selection? If you can play on a juries resentment of doctors, how much more so can you play on their resentment of lawyers? I know a lot more folks mad at lawyers...everyone who's been through a divorce, for instance, knows what it feels like when a lawyer won't return calls after collecting his hefty retainer...

LOL

You have been called for jury duty in this case. Voir dire, or questioning of potential jurymembers, begins.

Cochran's lawyer asks, "By a show of hands, is there anyone here who has a negative impression of attorneys, or dislike of lawyers, or look down on the lawyer industry?"

Every human being with earshot raises his hand, including the court officers and the the cleaning lady working in the back. A seeing eye dog in the court raises his paw. Rats come out of the woodwork to raise their paws.

BTW, you don't lose you licenses for missing a statute of limitations (the biggest f-up there is, btw)....that is why you carry malpractice insurance....

I firmly believe that many Judges in the USA are bribe-taking, utterly corrupt criminals who urinate on the Constitution, oops I meant distinguished "activist" democrat members of the Judiciary.

In some states, it can be surprisingly easy to lose a law license. AAMOF, you can do some research online, though I haven't done it in a while. I compared states while trying to figure out which states were the most civilized, and were the better places to live. Disbarments and suspensions of license are much higher per population in some states than in others. Of course, you can assume that there are more crooked and incompentent lawyers in those states, but it's more likely that enforcement is high and tolerance is low.

Don't forget that "Flea" Bailey and Clinton were recently disbarred. Ultimately, the best reform is to put shyster disciplining and disbarment in the hands of true consumer controil agencies, like any other industry. You would see big changes in a big hurry.

And how about posting all complaints, convictions, and lawsuits against shysters on the Internet?

I believe it... if doctors were like lawyers, they would deliberately poison their patients so other doctors could make money from curing them.

One lawyer in a small town starves. Two lawyers in a small town both get rich.

I look forward to the day when the entire profession is driven out of business. It will be a long wait I know.

A good start would be to make a rule that no lawyer could hold legislative or executive office. It's an obvious conflict of interest.

Oops, can anyone say karma? A liberal-created "victim" turns on the victim-creator. Gotta be careful educating the masses.

Black conservative ping

If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)

Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.

Probably the fastest way to tort reform is to somehow turn the monster "system" created by the lawyer industry against the crooked shysters who created it
