I believe these were some of the Ticos scheduled for retrofit to carry ONLY cruise missiles. About 100 I think.

From what I have heard, easy targets have been eliminated and many planes are returning to the ship with their bombs still under their wings. I think that we cans safely bring the ships who have been there the longest home. (Some have been out of their home port for more than seven months.)
