Now we know why Muslim women are forced to wear Burkas. Those macho terrorist dudes, just don't feel as secure hiding behind a skirt.

Yeah, but I can't say much about that. I'm in WV, where we let Jay Rockefeller drive in from New York and take over. And we've got the brilliant Nickie Joe Rahall (who is Lebanese if I'm not mistaken, which could explain why he knows better than Israel how they should behave), who several years ago went with Congresswoman Mary Rose Oakar of Ohio to lecture Israel's Begin about what they perceived as his inappropriate handling of the Palestinian issue.
Begin went to his wall map and asked the dynamic duo to point out the West Bank - and they didn't know where it was.
And Robert Byrd..... don't get me started.

How does Rangel breathe with his head so far up his butt?
You know, with all the remakes of old movies and TV shows, it looks like to me Rangel and Al Sharpton have a built in opportunity - they could go into show business together with a remake of "Amos and Andy".
OK, I apologize ........ to Amos and Andy. They were funny, not ridiculous, and they were doing it on purpose. Sharpton and Rangel don't even KNOW they're ridiculous.

No, I'm not shocked, because Rangel has long made it obvious that he's just a jack in the box.
I heard on the radio this morning that Iraqi soldiers surrendered outside a building and when the Marines moved up, the Iraqi pansies ran back inside... to emerge behind a bunch of children they stampeded out the door to shelter them as they fired through them at the Marines. But Rangel thinks WE risk the lives of women and children.
Let's watch that while we're protecting Iraqi civilians, we don't get carried away and risk too much in the way of young Americans' lives in the process. It's not worth one American life unless it's going to save theirs up into at least the low three figures. These young guys signed on to fight, but not to commit suicide on behalf of a bunch of Iraqis who won't appreciate it one bit - we'll be the bad guys either way.
Rangel won't buy THAT - it's logical and common sensical, and he isn't either - he's radically STUPID.

There is NOTHING about Rangel worth respecting, especially the moronic comments about the U.S. military.
Yes, it's admirable when someone stands by their views in the face of overwhelming opposition, UNLESS you're basically saying, "Don't confuse me with facts, my mind's made up".
Then you're just ridiculous, which describes Rangel to a "T".
Rangel is in such a hurry to oppose President Bush, conservatives, and Republicans that it doesn't matter what the facts are, those people are all still wrong.
Saddam Hussein could have had nuclear warheads on ICBM's and a plan to launch them at New York, clowns like Rangel would still oppose whatever this administration tried to do about it. And then point back at Bill Clinton claiming he was successful at something besides getting lucky with Monica. (And how much manhood did THAT take?)
