Dude, his title isn't that bad.

That's not the point.

If an article's title is altered from it's original design, it makes it impossible to do a search for that article, which will result in multiple postings of the same article with simply a different title.

Imagine for a moment if everybody here decided to change the original title of any given article to one that they thought was more salacious, humorous, graphic or whatever....

....the majority of your time would be spent opening up cleverly titled articles that have the same content within.

Who asked you to alter the original title of this article?

I understand the search / duplicate issue. Ultimately, though, the title of a thread should be the decision of the poster of that thread. There is no need to be accuse posters of lacking permission to create their own titles.

You're right Hole_n_one. In fact, the admin moderators had a thread up recently, warning against changing the titles of articles, thus clogging up bandwidth with duplicate threads.
