[history]
Richard N. Perle is chairman of the Defense Policy Board. Although an unpaid position, it is highly influential and prestigious and fully subject to government ethics conflict-of-interest regulations. Mr. Perle also has been hired by the telecommunications company Global Crossing for a six-figure fee to lobby the Department of Defense on behalf of the bankrupt company for an important concession.

Fundamentally, we believe that the U.S. government needs to devote more resources and put in place new programs to build wider expertise about China and to protect our industrial base from eroding as a result of our economic relations with China.

He should have kept his greedy little hands out of that cookie jar.

McAuliff & him. BOTH high rollers in the "Two-Party Cartel" elites. Just business as usual. Would you rather he get 10 times this amount for his book ala Senator cellulite legs? So nothing happens with him do you run to the Rat party? There is another alternative.

Here we go again - Richard Perle...
how many more skeletons this guy has in his closet?
Do we really want to have communist China to have a foothold in the communication network of our Defense Department?
Global Crossing is in Chpt. 11 and owned by a grp of investors from Red China...and Global Crossing runs over 40% of communications within our defense department...
hummm...
Richard Perle - some say he has biz deals with the Saudis, some say he has deals with the Israelis, and now the Red Commies...which side is he on anyway??

And I did not know that he was a lobbiest at all , until recently!
Stupid me. I though this interest in Defence policy was on our country's behalf.

It's not about Global Crossing...it's about Perle's dedication to Turkey and Turkey's mafia state. They're both bye bye now...
