I can separate politics from work relationships, personal friendships, and entertainment.

Me too. It's not about politics, it's about doing your job and using good judgement. He stopped his job, went up to a private residence, and while on the job, in uniform, verbally accosted someone with whom he disagreed.

It is bizzare behavior. A danger sign for an employer. This guy has problems, not to mention, mixing politics and business is bad business.

My employees are instructed to keep all relationships with customers and the public on a business level.

My last word on the subject. Regards

Close but not quite the case.

While he was certainly wrong to have done this while wearing his company uniform, you're misstating the facts of the situation.
