Well, I'm not all that fond of making Pizza Pies anyway.

Of course the employee was correct in saying he should be fired. However, IF I were his boss, I'd consider re-hiring him and asking him to make sure it didn't happen again. I mean it's not like the guy spit on someones food, is it? Do you fire people because they make one minor error?

As I suggested, I think Tom Mohaghan would have re-hired him.
