My house is 300 yards from Fort Huachuca's southeast boundary fence. A lot of illegals use my area every night and cross through the Fort to avoid traffic and streetlights. It seems a number of coyotes use a pick up point about a half mile away -- in a big arroyo between two subdivisions. I check it every couple of days and smooth out the dirt to catch fresh tracks.
Camping and hiking here are now a real adventure. And yes I always carry a gun.
