Iraq: transmitters TV touched close to Baghdad, interruption of two chains
Transmitters of television close to Baghdad were touched by bombardments Tuesday evening, which explains the interruption of the programs of two Iraqi chains, according to sources' with the television of Etat.
The emissions of the television of State and that of the Youth, directed by Oudaï Saddam Hussein, the elder son of the Iraqi president, ceased emitting just after a new series of bombardments, whose echoes were heard in the center of Baghdad by journalists of AFP.
On the other hand, the emissions of Iraqi satellite television continue normally.

Let's reach out and touch someone.
Technicians prepare a Massive Ordnance Air Blast, or MOAB. Make --and use-- more already.

Yep. The Arabs are like the Spanish in that names are customarily shortened. But that's his real name, S.H.I.T.

Chinese CCTV 16 is probably available to help keep the Republic on the air. Gotta love those Russians and Chinese.

Tikrit is the name of the town in Iraq that he is 'from'....actually he grew up in an even smaller town, but Tikrit is the closest 'big town' to it.
God, I love google.
To: Born in a Rage
Tikrit is what he considers his home town. His main palace there, Quwwa Sitta'shar, is his inner sanctum. But it's highly unlikely he'll ever see it again.
