Her heart apparently twisted by a demented educational system in the USA,
in Rafah, Gaza, Rachel Corrie, terrorist supporter, teaches Palestinian children
to be future terrorists as she teaches them to burn the American flag..

The first of these letters was from a girl who informed me, from her vast store of teenage wisdom, of things that I knew 30 years ago, and closed by telling me that I needed to find out about poverty. Since I spent more years in poverty than she has spent in the world, this would be funny if it were not so sad. Classic Thomas Sowell.

I do not know alot about it or even how to do it...but like everything else in my life I'll learn.....HOW TO HOME SCHOOL MY CHILD!!!!!! In my opinion it is a moral crime on children to turn them over to these indoctrinators(sp)!!!!

Only Americans can destroy America. But too many of our schools have for years been quietly undermining the values and abilities that are needed to preserve any society -- and especially a free society. The humanist-socialist rabble intended for this to happen when they first began to introduce public education back in the 1800's. They have done their job well. When you separate kids from their parents, you open up the doors to all sorts of mayhem.

This is a very important issue, the takeover of the schools by the anti-American communist left.
It is important to get the word out to the parents, of course, but part of the job must be reaching the students directly.
And the best way to reach the students is through other students. There are many groups of conservative students on college campuses and I wonder if such is the case in the lower grades, and I also wonder how big of a role the internet is playing in getting the word out.
The word: Teacher, leave those kids alone!

I doubt whether the youngsters in Flat Rock, Michigan, were brought up by their parents to say and do the silly things their teachers have assigned them to do.Don't count on it. Parents of my kids friends in the public school system have been the source of most of the problems that I have encountered these past 14 years. I guess they too are victims of the public school system, immoral and ignorant.
BTW, they are also the ones running the school boards, approving of all that is taught and what is spent.

In the long run, the greatest weapon of mass destruction is stupidity. In an age of artificial intelligence, too many of our schools are producing artificial stupidity, in the sense of ideas and attitudes far more foolish than young people would have arrived at on their own.
This one's a keeper.

"Only Americans can destroy America."
The Public School system is the embedded ENEMY of America.
Teach your children to disrespect wrongful authority.

I have been reading Roosevelt's Secret War and I had a similar thought this morning. Roosevelt's Secret War had little to nothing to do with a moral superiority. We didn't win WWII because of anything that Roosevelt did, we won because of the strength of the American people.
As a side note, the left is fond of referring to George Bush as a spoiled frat boy, but this description is much more aptly applied to Roosevelt.

Young people who know only how to vent their emotions, and not how to weigh opposing arguments through logic and evidence, are sitting ducks for the next talented demagogue who comes along in some cult or movement, including movements like Absolutely. Which is why the curriculum contradicts the stated goal of "developing critical thinking skills." Yet the superintendents and teachers, having absorbed what they were taught in teachers colleges, believe that they are "developing critical thinking skills," ironically demonstrating their lack thereof.
The fact is that government schools were designed, from the beginning, to retard the development of critical thinking skills.
There is nothing more important than learning how to think systematically and critically. This is why the core of the medieval curriculum consisted of grammar, logic and rhetoric. Yes, that's right. The closed-minded, how-many-angels-can-dance-on-the-head-of-a-pin Catholic Church.
Ironically, our "democratic" government schools were imported directly from socialist Germany.

Last year in my son class, his 8th Soc. Studies teacher said that Clinton, for his sexual indicretions, wasn't as bad as Bush who stold the election. My Husband tore him a new ass. He claimed to my husband that the comment was to open dicussion in the class. He apologized to our son. The SOB was fired at the end of the year.
