Good Morning.
This is the Daily Thread of Operation Iraqi Freedom - LIVE THREAD.
It is designed for general conversation about the events of the day. In depth discussion of events should be left to individual threads - but links to the threads or other articles is highly encouraged. This allows us to stay abreast of the situation in general, while also providing a means of obtaining specific information.
Please have mercy on us dial up limited FReepers! Limit the big graphics, post links instead. A breif description of what the graphic is would help:
Special thanks to null and void for keeping these running over the weekend and Monday, to all of you for keeping these threads alive, the AdminMods for their tolerance, mhking for the video links, and, of course, Belly Girl...

I tuned in just as they were finishing discussing the uprising. But FOX reported that troops went into a hospitol and found a whole bunch of weapons hidden in there.

It's not just the smallpox. It's the VX and all the rest of Saddam's bio/chem weapons.

The sandstorm is not all that bad for out troops.
Chance to get a few hours of sleep, get refueled, do maintenance and regroup.

I don't have any misconceptions either; I just don't think that we, with our normal minds, can fathom what's coming.
To: knak
Which one?
To: Dog
I believe it was 3000 chem suits. Scary.
To: knak
I found it! But my real player says it can't find the right plug in to play it.

Are the lights moving vehicles? I can't tell on this feed what I am looking at anymore. But periodically you will see a light go across the screen.

The Beeb is reporting that when the bombs started in Baghdad, their TVs went black.
