Good Morning.
This is the Daily Thread of Operation Iraqi Freedom - LIVE THREAD.
It is designed for general conversation about the events of the day. In depth discussion of events should be left to individual threads - but links to the threads or other articles is highly encouraged. This allows us to stay abreast of the situation in general, while also providing a means of obtaining specific information.
Please have mercy on us dial up limited FReepers! Limit the big graphics, post links instead. A breif description of what the graphic is would help:
Special thanks to null and void for keeping these running over the weekend and Monday, to all of you for keeping these threads alive, the AdminMods for their tolerance, mhking for the video links, and, of course, Belly Girl...

Pentagon says that the Rep. Guard has been ordered to use chem weapons once the allies breach a certain point. That's the big news from the past hour or so.

She is on FNC rather than their normal broadcasts. They must be thinking something is going to happen
To: RummyChick
You are quite correct!
Now FNC has 1,500 sorties flown today
To: Mo1
this is the right then?I think so. My nightmare is both threads live with 2,000 posts each when I wake up in the morning.
To: DigitalVideoDude

HAHAHAH! The NYSE revoked Al Jazeer press credentials citing their coverage of the war and citing security concerns.

Good night to all, have to be on duty at 0630CT.
Dear lord, please protect our military members in harms way, and allow them safe passage to thier destinations. PLease provide the calm and comfort to their families and loved ones, and protect all who love you. In Jesus Name I pray.

Front and back? Dude, that's just plain weird.
Fox - Al Jazerra reporting that two reporters who cover the NYSE have had their exchange passes revoked because of their broadcasts of our POWs yesterday. NYSE rep states that they had decided there was a need to reduce the number of reporters on the floor due to security concerns, and therefore limited the press to those who only do strict business coverage.

Tennessee or Texas has my vote.

Hi FReepers - my wife and I prayed amidst tears tonight for the troops, their mission, and our leaders. We mourn for those lost and in anticipation of the painful losses ahead. We asked for strength, courage and victory to those that remain, ready and willing, to fight for all of us.

I hope it doesn't happen, too. I think it's almost a sure thing, though, unless an airstrike takes out the shells.
